Hey guys! How was your day today? Hope it was better than mine! I’m currently getting ready to go to bed but before I do, I decided to write a quick review on this product.

Some of you ipsy subscribers might recognize this product and for those who gotten it in their July ipsy bag, consider yourself lucky! This is the derma e microdermabrasion scrub and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! I wanted to use it a couple of times before I wrote a post about it so lets get to it.
I’m really happy I got this product because I love any scrub that comes my way. I was a bit afraid of this product at first because first of all I’ve never heard of this brand and second- I don’t know how my face will like it. So, I took my chances and gave it a try. In the back of the packaging, it says “this award-winning exfoliator helps diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars. Leaves skin youth fully radiant.” Hm? I thought at first.
This scrub can be used on wet or dry skin, but I always wet my face first with warm water to open my pores.

Lets start with the smell. As some of you might know from my tag post, I’m not a huge fan of having fragrance products but this scrub smells so good! It has a very light citrus scent – totally bearable! To me, when I smell it, I think of lemons and the salt air.

Now lets get to the actual scrub:
The scrub has very very fine sand granules. I thought that this scrub might be too rough for my sensitive skin but as I started scrubbing it upon my face, it wasn’t rough at all like it imagined it would be! It felt very nice on my skin and scrubbed very delicately.

This is where the good part comes:
When I washed my face with warm water and patted it dry, I felt like I was touching a baby’s bottom! No a baby’s bottom doesn’t even feel like that- my face felt better than a baby’s bottom! I was in heaven! I glanced at myself in the mirror and I kid you not, my face was glowing! I can’t really say anything about the wrinkles and the acne scars because I don’t have them but what I did have for sure was youthfully radiant skin like they promised.
Also, I should mention this product is cruelty free, paraben free, and 100% vegan.
This scrub retails for 29.99. This must be probably the only reason why I probably won’t get it. Ipsy gave me a net wt 1 oz sample and the full size for it is 2 oz so I can imagine the full size is just a bit bigger than the sample. Will I say it’s worth the splurge? Definitely. But it is still 30 dollars which is kinda pricey in my opinion. If you have 30 dollars to spare, totally run to the nearest department store and get it because you will not regret it!

Hope you guys enjoyed this quick review and hoped it helped some of you pick out the next potential scrub for yourself! Goodnight xoxo
